Mobile Phones, Toys & Gadgets
Pupils are not permitted to bring mobile phones into the school other than in exceptional circumstances. However, we recognise that some of our oldest pupils walk home from school alone. Pupils who walk home alone in Year Six only may hand their phone to the school's main office for safekeeping each morning. Requests to bring mobile phones in should be made in writing to the class teacher with an explanation. School staff cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any item brought in. Messages can be passed to pupils through the school’s administration team on 01924 495518. We also request that pupils do not bring any toys or gadgets into school unless specifically requested by their class teacher for topic work to enhance their learning.
